Pane definition – see the FAQ on what is a pane?
Glass type
The majority of homes in Norfolk have double-glazed uPVC windows or standard single-float panes – both of these are perfect for our window film.
However, to ensure the thermal properties of the film work safely with your glass, we cannot install film to:
- Triple-glazed windows
- Frosted or patterned glass
- Georgian wired glass
- Polycarbonate (plastic windows)
Applying film to these specific glass types can cause thermal stress or improper adhesion, which is why they are excluded from our standard booking service.
Do you doors also?
Yes we do, any clear glass double glazed door is perfect for our window film.
Do you do conservatories?
Norfolk Window Film specialises in vertical faced window installation and does not include conservatory roofs at this time. So yes, we will install to any window/door in a conservatory as long as its not on the roof/ceiling.
